Network Marketing vs. Pyramid Scheme - Know the Difference

Different states define pyramid schemes in different ways. However, in general:

* A marketing network (The GOOD) is an organization that uses direct selling as a way to market products. The people in a network earn their compensation, or commission, from selling products and services. An exchange of goods/product or services for money.

* A pyramid or pyramid scheme (The BAD) refers to an illegal network operation where participants are rewarded substantially for the recruitment or enrollment of other participants rather than for selling products or services. There are no goods/product or service, only a promise of a return on the investment.

Know the difference when looking into a potential business opportunity. I did my research on USANA and it has been a life changing experience so far. Contact me if you want to know more about it.
